The Board Elections Process: Being Intentional and Organized

The Board Elections Process: Being Intentional and Organized

Jul 21 | Online event

Being organized when it comes to board nominations and elections can be complicated, but is worth the investment in time and energy. We’ll consider the “backbone” and support of a board elections process; imagining it as larger than a single event (the election), and more of an annual cycle of work that ebbs and flows with potential tasks and milestones occurring throughout the year. (Note: this workshop is being conceived as Part 1 of a multi-part series of webinars related to the topic of board perpetuation.)

Free to CBLD enrollees.  $50 per person if not enrolled in CBLD.
