Leadership Learning Circle – Let’s Focus on Difficult

This is an essential skill building series for leaders of all levels.  We will get to the heart of what is difficult and explore strategies for leading through
difficulty with greater confidence and self-awareness. Together in a trusting environment we will fine-tune communication skills, explore strategies for leading with greater
alignment and ways to improve your impact.  Given the complexities of leading today, it is more important than ever to be a part of a small learning community. It is essential to have a space to increase confidence, ask questions and practice new skills. Bring back a fresh approach to support learning and growth at your organization and cultivate a more engaged workplace.
