CBL 101: Foundations for Directors (in person)
The CBL 101 is s one-day training designed to provide a strong foundation for directors, while creating new ties within our cooperative community. Topics include board roles & responsibilities’ cooperative history & values; introduction to governance; and grocery business basics, including introduction to financials.

Who should attend: While especially helpful for those new to co-op boards, this is also a great refresher for seasoned directors and general managers. Candidates and successors are also encouraged to attend, to build capacity.
Location: Keene State College – Norma Walker Hall – 229 Main Street – Keene, NH 03435-2701. Norma Walker Hall is in the Alumni Center and check-in begins onsite at 8:30am EDT.
Parking can be found at the Keene State College Alumni Center, located at 232 Main Street.
The Alumni Center shares a parking lot with The Keene Historical Society. The KSC parking spots are lined in yellow. Please do not park in a white-lined space. Please do not park in the posted “Visitor” spaces as you enter the parking lot.
Free to CBLD enrollees. $225 per person if not enrolled in CBLD for first person and $175 per additional from your co-op.
