Session 2: Effective Monitoring of Executive Limitations Policies
In Policy Governance, executive limitations monitoring is a key component of the system, and practicing it well is integral to creating a healthy relationship between the board and GM. In this session we will do a deep dive into the practice and process of executive limitations monitoring, and talk about the capabilities required to do this well. Note: this workshop assumes a working knowledge of Policy Governance principles or prior experience with the Policy Governance system.
Session 3: Policy Governance Puzzles
Building on an understanding of Policy Governance gained in sessions 1 and 2 of this series, we will explore some common questions and dilemmas that arise in actual practice.
