Ladonna recently facilitated an event titled “The Art of Deliberate Inclusion” for our group of small business owners (Main Street Business Alliance) and I was blown away, both by her presentation and the response. The depth of Ladonna’s knowledge and experience was evident, as was her knack to create space for people to open up and engage with the topic of diversity and inclusion, a challenging topic. Everyone left the conversation wanting more and I’m excited to take these next steps for my business and our small business cohort with Ladonna leading the way.
